About Return & Refund Policy

We deal in Digital Products, Courses, Webinars, Programs, and Services, so the return policy is not applicable.
But in the case of cancellation of an order or purchase depending on different Digital Products, Courses, Webinars, Programs, and Services, we offer refunds if applicable. The Refund policy varies from one to another. Please read the instructions and terms before you place an order with us.
Once we accept any order as a canceled order and send a cancellation mail to you (user), the refund is initiated within 72 hours (3 working days) from the date of acceptance of cancellation from our end.
I/We notify the approval or rejection of your refund by notification mail.
NOTIFICATION MAIL OF CANCELLATION/ CANCELLATION DATE IS A PROOF OF CANCELLATION FROM OUR END.
After we initiate the refund, the amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account or original payment method as per their respective bank’s/companies guidelines within a stipulated period. (generally, it may take 7-10 days in India).
In the case of international users, kindly check PayPal and your International Bank’s terms and guidelines. Please check with your bank after a REFUND is issued from our end. We are not accountable for India/International Banks, Credit Card Company, or PayPal Delay in the credit of refunded amount in your account.
A few digital products/programs/services/courses are non-refundable, which is distinctly mentioned while processing an order. Please check the terms and conditions mentioned before initiating a transaction.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After approval of refund & notification mail from our end, we initiate the refund (to the original payment method) with a confirmation mail. But in case you do not receive the refunded amount in your bank account or wallet after the stipulated period. Please check with your BANK, PAYPAL, OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD COMPANY as there is some processing time taken before it is officially posted.
Please get in touch if you need proof of refund generated for your order to share with the respected bank or company. But we are not liable for any refund issues that you may face with your Bank/PAYPAL or Credit Card Company.
